2. These variations are not defect, they reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of handcrafted items.
3. We ensure that every product meets our quality standards before delivery.

Order Confirmation

1. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Product details, pricing and estimated delivery time will be clearly communication before confirmation.
3. Custom or made to order items may required advance payment.

Pricing & Payment

1. All prices are listed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).
2. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Rocket or bank transfer (as possible)
3. Orders will not to be processed without payment confirmation.

Delivery Policy

1. Delivery timelines may very depend on product type and delivery location.
2. Estimated delivery time will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
3. Ascend Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstance beyond our control, but we will provide full support when needed.

Changes & Customs Orders

1. Any changes to an order after confirmation (design, color, size or specification) may required additional time and cost.
2. Custom-made products are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Return & Customs Orders

1. In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Used, customized, or handmade items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a valid issue is identified.
3. Approved returns or exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Product Care Responsible 

Ascend Gallery is not responsible for product damage caused by improper use or maintenance after delivery.

Customers are advice to follow recommended care instructions, especially for handmade product.

Intellectual Property

All image, design, content, and branding materials of Ascend Gallery are our intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction or distributing is strictly prohibited.
